Smart Insurance is a Hollard partner, with Hollard owning 50% of the equity, and the balance held by Kevin & Gerard Tait. Smart sells a policy that covers minor damage on motor vehicles, allowing vehicle owners to keep their vehicles in showroom condition without affecting their claims history with their comprehensive insurer. Smart currently has around 500 000 active policy holders, with a reserve guaranteed to satisfy claims. The success of Smart can be contributed to the underlying repair arm of the group, Streamline South Africa, owned by the Tait Brothers. With a fleet of mobile repair units, complete with inflatable spray booth and fully equipped to service repairs in the comfort of your own environment be it at your residence or place of work.

Bikefin is the group’s finance division. Bikefin is the leading specialist motorcycle finance house in South Africa, facilitating motorcycle finance applications. Hollard owns 35% of Bikefin, allowing them to be self-insured under Hollard’s license. BIKEFIN offers in-house insurance on all motorcycles financed.(Words removed) BIKEFIN has joint Venture agreements on finance & insurance with most of the major importers of motorcycles VIZ, Jonway, Gomoto, VukaScuta, Big Boy Scooters, Honda, Suzuki, Kawazaki, etc

SmartRisk & Wealth(Pty )Ltd comprises an insurance brokerage, and also houses the group's sophisticated outbound and inbound call centre facility.
